Exercise of Warrants

Cyan Holdings plc, advises that 420,625 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the
capital of the Company have been issued and allotted following the exercise of
warrants. Application has been made for the 420,625 new ordinary shares to be
admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market ("AIM") of London Stock
Exchange plc. Admission of the new ordinary shares is expected to become
effective on 25 April 2006.
