    The Clipper Board of Directors has agreed to issue 140,660 ordinary shares to Lehman Brothers International (Europe) in consideration of
advisory work for the benefit of Clipper Windpower Plc.

    Accordingly, application has been made for 140,660 new ordinary shares ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, to be
admitted to trading on AIM 25 June 2008.

    Following this the number of shares in issue will be 129,749,954.
