    The Board has been notified that Mr. Albert J Baciocco Jr., a non-executive director of Clipper Windpower Plc, sold 18,078 10p ordinary
shares, representing 0.01 per cent of issued shares, at 612 pence per share.   


    As a result, Mr Baciocco's total beneficial holding in the Company is 85,000 ordinary shares representing 0.07 per cent of issued share
capital of the Company.
