ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING RESULTS

London, (UK), Carpinteria, CA (USA) - 28 May 2008 - Clipper Windpower Plc announces that, at the Annual General Meeting held today, the
ordinary and special resolutions proposed to shareholders (as set out in its circular to shareholders dated 2 May 2008) were duly passed.

The company also announced the following board and senior management changes:

Dr. Alan Heeger, Non-executive Director
Dr. Alan Heeger has decided to resign as a director of Clipper with effect from 29 May 2008 in order to devote more time to his other
commitments. Dr. Heeger will continue as a special advisor to the Chairman of the Board on science and technology issues.
Dr. Heeger is a Nobel Laureate and Professor of Physics at the University of California Santa Barbara and is also a director for Konarka
Technologies, CBrite Inc. and CytomX LLC.

James B. Dehlsen, Executive Director
James B. Dehlsen will step down from his role as Executive Director and will continue on Clipper's Board of Directors as a Non-executive
Director, effective 31 May 2008.

Brent co-founded Clipper US with James G.P. Dehlsen in 2001 serving as COO through the development of the technology, the build-up of
the wind project development portfolio, and startup of turbine manufacturing and field service activities and has served as a member of the
Board of Directors since 2001.
