                          Director/PDMR Shareholdings

The Company was notified that on 29 October 2007 Dehlsen Associates, LLC
disposed of 50,000 10p ordinary shares, representing 0.05 per cent of the issued
share capital of Clipper.  The disposal was a result of the exercise of a share
option granted by Dehlsen Associates, LLC to an individual.

As a result, after the disposal, the total beneficial interest of Dehlsen
Associates, LLC in the Company is 11,670,518 ordinary shares representing 10.79
per cent of issued share capital of the Company.

Mr. James GP Dehlsen, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, holds a
70% interest in Dehlsen Associates, LLC and Mr. James B Dehlsen, Executive
Director of the Company, holds a 30% interest in Dehlsen Associates, LLC.

The Dehlsen Family Trust holds interest in 7,014,472 ordinary shares in which
Mr. James GP Dehlsen and Mr. James B. Dehlsen are beneficiaries.

In addition, Mr. James B. Dehlsen holds interest in 946,911 ordinary shares and
Mr. James GP Dehlsen holds interest in 2,900,000 ordinary shares.
