The Board has been notified that Dehlsen Associates, LLC acquired 2,505,614 10p
ordinary shares, representing 2.32 per cent of issued shares.  The acquisition
was a result of the partial distribution of 4,200,000 ordinary shares held
pursuant to the custodial agreement in the name of Montecito Bank & Trust
established as a result of the Securities Purchase Agreement dated April 23,
2002 among Clipper Windpower, Inc., Energy Spectrum Partners II L.P., Energy
Spectrum Partners III L.P., Dehlsen Associates, LLC and James GP Dehlsen.

As a result, after the acquisition, the total beneficial interest of Dehlsen
Associates, LLC in the Company is 11,740,518 ordinary shares representing 10.89
per cent of issued share capital of the Company.

Mr. James GP Dehlsen, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, holds a
70% interest in Dehlsen Associates, LLC and Mr. James B Dehlsen, Executive
Director of the Company, holds a 30% interest in Dehlsen Associates, LLC.
