The Board has been notified that Mr Albert J Baciocco Jr, a non-executive
director of Clipper Windpower Plc, sold 15,000 10p ordinary shares, representing
0.01 per cent of issued shares.   7,500 shares were sold at 884 pence and 5,000
shares were sold at 870 pence per share and 2,500 shares were sold at 877 pence
per share.


As a result, Mr Baciocco's total beneficial holding in the Company is 85,000
ordinary shares representing 0.08 per cent of issued share capital of the
Company.
