              Centurion announces sales agreement with CD Bramall



Centurion Electronics plc ("Centurion" or the "Company"), a UK market leader in
the field of in-car audio-visual entertainment which recently listed on AIM, has
signed an agreement to sell its Plug & PlayTM range through CD Bramall plc ("CD
Bramall").



CD Bramall is the second largest car dealer group in the UK and Centurion will
initially supply 75 of its dealerships, which include Vauxhall, Jaguar, Land
Rover, Mercedes, Audi and Peugeot franchises.  Plug & PlayTM is a range of ready
to use portable DVD and video players, TV tuners and playstation compatible
systems, incorporating TFT LCD monitors, which are designed to plug into a
vehicle's power socket.



Steven Cunningham, Chairman of Centurion, commented "We are delighted to
announce this agreement which gives us an additional sales channel and
strengthens our position in the automotive aftermarket."
