DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES

The Company has been advised that 1022 shares have been purchased at GBP6.94 under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan (AESOP) which total included eighteen shares for each of Lord Harris, Mr M Harris, Mr C. Sollesse and Mr N. Page.

Also included in the purchase were eighteen shares for Mrs Sollesse. Shares purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest below.
