DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES 
 
 
 
 
The Company has been advised that 887 shares have been allocated at 
GBP8.66 under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("AESOP") which 
total included 14 shares for each for Lord Harris and Mr C Sollesse and 15 
shares for each of Mr M Harris and Mr N Page. 
 
 
Also included in the allocation were 15 shares for Mrs Caroline Sollesse. Shares 
allocated to Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest, below.
