            Appointment of Finance Director, change of auditors and
                             grant of Share Options


The Board of Croma, the AIM listed surveillance security and homeland defence
specialist, have today announced the appointment to the Board of a new Finance
Director.

The Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Gerald Michael McGill, aged
34, to the Board. He has taken up roles as Finance Director and Company
Secretary of Croma Group and will oversee the financial affairs of the Group and
its operating subsidiaries. Mr McGill will continue his role as a partner with
Farries, Kirk & McVean, a Scottish based chartered accountants.

Gerald holds or has held the following directorships or been a partner in the
following partnerships within the five years prior to this announcement:

There are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of
the AIM Rules

Grant of Options

The Board also announces that certain options were granted on 30 April 2007 to
the following directors:

Gerard Thompson (NED)                        1,000,000                     6.5p

All of the options granted are exercisable 12 months from the date of grant with
an expiry date of 30th April 2017.


Change of auditor

The Group additionally announces the appointment of BDO Stoy Hayward as
auditors. BDO Stoy Hayward are currently engaged on the audit for June 2007 year
end.
