The Company is pleased to announce that 7,731,170 new ordinary shares in the
Company have been issued to the vendors of Vigilant Security (Scotland) Limited
('Vigilant') as final earn out consideration for the acquisition of Vigilant,
announced to the market on 3 February 2006. The 7,731,170 new ordinary shares
have been issued on a valuation of 6.5p per share, a premium to the current
share price.

Application has been made for the admission of the 7,731,170 new Ordinary Shares
to trading on the AIM market. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with
the existing ordinary shares in the Company and admission of the 7,731,170 new
ordinary shares is expected to take place on 12 April 2007.
