                                Issue of Equity

Croma, the specialists in the design, development and production of overt and
covert surveillance, security and defence related products, is pleased to
announce that it has raised #100,000 (before expenses) by way of a placing with
an existing institutional investor of 2,000,000 new ordinary shares at 5p per
share.

Application has been made for the Admission of the 2,000,000 new ordinary shares
to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. The new ordinary
shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company,
and dealing of the new ordinary shares is expected to commence on 29 March 2006.
