At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Clipper Ventures PLC held earlier
today the Ordinary Resolution was passed, thereby approving the sale of the
RIB Division to RIBs UK Limited, a company controlled by William Ward, a
director of Clipper Ventures.  This transaction has now been completed.
