   CLS HOLDINGS PLC ("CLS") ANNOUNCES A FURTHER LETTING AT THE VISTA OFFICE    
                               CENTRE, HEATHROW,                            
                     TO THE METROPOLITAN POLICE AUTHORITY                      

CLS is pleased to announce that the Metropolitan Police Authority has taken a
further 469 sq m (5,050 sq ft) at the Vista Office Centre.

The Metropolitan Police Authority has completed a new lease for a term to
expire in August 2014 with an upward only rent review and tenant's break option
in September 2009. The initial rent is �69,437 per annum (�148.05 per sq m / �
13.75 per sq ft) with a rent free period equating to 15 months.

The Vista Office Centre boasts a wide range of office accommodation together
with an onsite restaurant, 20 m swimming pool, gymnasium and an all weather
sports court for the exclusive use of the tenants.

In this transaction, Vail Williams and Andrews Denford & Boyd represented CLS
and Smith Melzack Pepper Angliss represented the Metropolitan Police Authority.

Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman of CLS, commented:

"This further letting to the Metropolitan Police Authority shows that we are
able to work closely with new and existing tenants to meet their requirements
through a flexible approach. The Metropolitan Police now occupies 2,037 sq m
(21,926 sq ft) or 21% of the building."
