              CLS HOLDINGS PLC ("CLS") ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT               

                         OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR                         

 

CLS Holdings plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Winston Huth-Wallis
as Development Director.

Winston has spent the past two years at Multiplex Group where he acted as
construction consultant to the Shard of Glass project. Prior to joining the
Multiplex Group, he was part of the Canary Wharf team and had direct
responsibility for delivering the HSBC tower and the new Lehman Brothers
building. His international exposure includes major high rise projects in South
Africa, Eastern Europe, Middle East and the Far East.

 

In the first instance, Winston will concentrate on the 1.9m sq ft (176,500 sq
m) London Bridge Quarter project, comprising the Shard of Glass and the
redevelopment of New London Bridge House, in which CLS has a one third share.
He will also have a direct involvement in the company's other longer term
development opportunities at Spring Gardens, London SE1 and Vauxhall Cross,
London SW8.

 

CLS Executive Chairman, Sten Mortstedt, commented:

development, in particular building large scale commercial buildings in high
