In the first paragraph, the end of the sentence should have read "the

                     Agreement with Instant Office Ltd



PC Medics Group PLC, the AIM listed contract IT services company which
provides pay-as-you-go and remote PC support packages, has today signed an
agreement with Instant Office Ltd, the wholly owned subsidiary of CLS Holdings
Plc the fully-listed quoted property Group.

The agreement is for PC Medics to provide its services to clients of Instant
Office, which currently operates four centres in West London and has a client
base of approximately 200 tenants.

Instant Office clients range from the smaller independent companies from
various sectors such as technology, recruitment, web design and legal, to
larger companies from varied industries.

Commenting, Bob Harris, Business Centre Manager of Instant Office Ltd said:

those available from PC Medics is an attractive proposition to our clients
especially as it is a no-fuss and an immediate solution to their IT problems."
