Pursuant to the Company's tender offer dated 19 October 2005, on 21 November
2005 the directors/persons discharging managerial responsibility of the Company
listed in column one below notified the Company of the sale of those number of
Ordinary Shares set out against their name in column two below at 510 pence per
share and are now interested in the number of Ordinary Shares set out against
