Supplementary Prospectus in relation to the C Share Offer 
 
The directors of Investec Structured Products Calculus VCT plc announce that 
they have today published a supplementary prospectus ("Supplementary 
Prospectus") relating to the offer for subscription of C ordinary shares to 
raise up to GBP25,000,000 ("the Offer"). This Supplementary Prospectus is 
supplemental to the securities note and the summary each dated 7 January 2011, 
the registration document dated 20 September 2010 and the supplementary 
prospectus dated 20 October 2010 (together constituting a prospectus) 
containing the Offer and clarifies the recent change to the board constitution 
and description of the commissions payable to IFAs. 
 
Copies of the Supplementary Prospectus have been submitted to the Financial 
Services Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the National 
Storage Mechanism, which is located at:
