Issue of Equity 
 
The Directors of Investec Structured Products Calculus VCT plc ("the Company") 
are pleased to announce an allotment on 1 April 2010 of 478,481 ordinary shares 
of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at GBP1 per share pursuant to the offer for 
subscription that opened on 3 March 2010 ("Offer"). 
 
A further allotment of 580,875 Shares at GBP1 per share took place on 4 April 
2010 pursuant to the Offer. 
 
Application for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the 
UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market 
for listed securities has been made and it is expected that admission will take 
place on 8 April 2010. 
 
Following these allotments the issued share capital of the Company is 3,100,377 
Ordinary Shares.
