Rules, the Company received notification on 23 November 2007 that Jonathan Levy
had an interest in 3,975,000 ordinary shares in the Company. This represents
approximately 4.25 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.


The issued share capital of the company is 93,443,694 ordinary shares of 1p
each.
