                            Canadian Health Approval


Further to the announcement made on the 25 January 2008, the Company is pleased
to announce that it has now received the required medical device licence from
the Canadian Health Authority for the Chromolite-S allowing the Company to sell
this product in Canada.

Having taken immediate action to remedy the situation, the Board expects the 
deferred sales now to contribute to the financial year ending 31 December 2008.

In addition, the Company anticipates positive news on its Nlite application in 
the near future and will update the market in due course.
