LISTING APPLICATION

Cedardata plc ("the Company") has applied for the
admission to the Official List of the London Stock
Exchange of 40,000 Ordinary shares of 5 pence each
pursuant to the exercise of share options.

The shares will rank pari passu with the existing
issued ordinary share capital of the Company and
dealings are expected to commence on Monday 30th
March 1998.
