The Board of Cedardata Plc has today announced the
following changes in Directors and their
responsibilities.

The Company is to appoint Michael Harrison to the
Board as Managing Director effective from 14th July
1997.

Mike, aged 52, has had a wide ranging career in the
Computer industry since starting at IBM some 30 years
ago.  He has an established record of achieving
growth having formerly held positions as Managing
Director of Oracle UK and as Vice President of
Northern Europe, Middle East, and Africa for the
Informix Corporation.

Leon Fattal, Managing Director and founder of
Cedardata, will continue as a full time Director but
will take on a more active role in determining the
technical direction of the Company.

Graham Wallis, Deputy Managing Director, has resigned
from the Board to pursue other interests.

Harry Menasche, Business Development Director,
becomes Sales Director adding responsibility for the
sales activities within the Cedardata Software
business to his business development role.

Leon Fattal commented, "Mike Harrison is an
experienced and successful manager.  His wide
knowledge and perspectives of the IT industry will
enable him to make a valuable contribution to the
future development and growth of the Cedardata
Group".
