CLOSE ENHANCED COMMODITIES FUND LIMITED

DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Close Enhanced Commodities Fund Limited (the "Company") announces with regret
the death on 22 June 2005 of Timothy James Sinclair, a founder director of the
Company since its incorporation on 3 February 2005.

A further announcement will be issued shortly concerning the appointment of a
replacement director and in the interim the Company will continue to be managed
by its remaining two founder directors Mr Nicholas J Falla and Mr John R Le
Prevost.
