                       Director's and Other Shareholdings

The Company has been notified that Anthony Sharp agreed to sell 1,666,666
ordinary shares in the Company today at 15p per share to satisfy institutional
demand. Mr Sharp is now beneficially interested in 22,338,000 ordinary shares in
the Company, which represents 26.85% of the issued share capital and he holds an
equal amount of voting rights.

The Company was also notified yesterday that due to an increase in the Company's
issued share capital, as at 4 June 2007, Lansdowne UK Equity Fund Limited owns
3,750,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 4.51% of the issued share
capital and that Lansdowne Partners Limited as the fund manager no longer
controls more than 5% of the voting rights of the Company.
