An application for the admission to the Official List of
145,667 new ordinary shares of 10p has been made. These shares
were issued and allotted pursuant to the exercise of the Over-
Allotment Option announced by Deutsche Bank AG London on 7th
April 2000.  As stated on 7th April there will be no further
exercise of the Over-Allotment Option.  It is expected that
these shares will be admitted to the Official List at 8 a.m.
on 13th April.
