                               Director Dealings

Clean Air Power Limited (AIM: CAP), the developer of Dual-FuelTM combustion
technology that enables heavy-duty diesel engines to run on a combination of
both diesel and natural gas, was informed today of the purchase of 5,000 Common
Shares in the Company by Hans Folkesson, a Non-Executive Director of the
Company. The purchase was made on 14th April 2008 at a price of 20.0 pence per
Common Share.

Following this purchase, Hans Folkesson has a total holding of 25,000 Common
Shares, representing 0.08% of the issued share capital of the Company.
