Clean Air Power, the developer of Dual-FuelTM combustion technology that enables
heavy-duty diesel engines to operate on a combination of diesel and natural gas,
announces that it received notification on 14 April 2008 that Henderson Global
Investors Ltd held interest in a total of 2,468,792 common shares, representing
7.57% of the issued share capital of the Company.
