                       Results of Special General Meeting


At the Special General Meeting of Clean Air Power Ltd held today, all
resolutions were duly passed, approving the financing package by Endeavor
Capital Management LLC and increasing the authorised share capital of the
Company.


An application has been made for the admission of the first tranche Placing
Shares to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to occur at 8.00am on 11 April
2008.


Following admission of the first tranche Placing Shares, Clean Air Power will
have up to 32,608,337 Common Shares of US$0.001 each in issue.
