Pursuant to the above-named Company's Savings Related Share
Option Scheme, application has been made to the London Stock
Exchange for a blocklisting of 115,628 Ordinary Shares of 25p
each to be admitted to the Official List upon exercise of
options.  The Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing
issued shares of the Company.
