The Company's Quest trustee company, Capital Radio Trustee Limited, has today
subscribed for 300,497 ordinary shares of 2.5p in the Company at a price of
#17.60 each in order to satisfy awards granted pursuant to the Capital Radio
SAYE Share Option Scheme.

Each of the Executive Directors of the Company is, for Companies Act purposes,
regarded as interested in all of the shares dealt with by Capital Radio Trustee
Limited. Despite the technical interest in all the shares, each Executive
Director is only entitled to receive from Capital Radio Trustee Limited that
number of shares which relate to the options granted to him pursuant to the
Capital Radio SAYE Share Option Scheme.
