The Company announces that the Company's Employee Share Ownership Trust has
today purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p at a price of #14.50 a share in
order to satisfy conditional awards granted pursuant to the Capital Radio Long
Term Incentive Plan.

Each of the Executive Directors of the Company is, for Companies Act purposes,
regarded as interested in all of the shares dealt in by the Employee Share
Ownership Trust. Despite the technical interest in all the shares, each
Executive Director is only entitled to receive from the Trust that number of
shares which relate to the awards made to him pursuant to the Capital Radio Long
Term Incentive Plan.
