Capital Radio plc today announces Nathalie Schwarz to leave the Group

Capital Radio plc today announced that Strategy and Development Director
Nathalie Schwarz is to leave the company at the end of January.

Nathalie joined Capital Radio plc as Company Secretary and Head of Legal Affairs
in 1998 and was appointed Strategy and Development Director in 2001. She was
appointed to the board in December 2003.

Capital Radio plc Chairman, Peter Cawdron said:
"Nathalie has been an influential figure both at Capital and within the radio
industry and has made a significant contribution to the Group's progress. She
recently led the Group's OFT and Ofcom submission relating to our merger with
GWR. We wish Nathalie every success in her future endeavours"
