Director Dealings

The Company today announces that on 20 January 2014 Helen Molyneux, a director of the Company, transferred 4,177,500 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to her husband. Miss Molyneux and her husband are separated but legally married. The Company is aware that Mr Fitzpatrick sold 211,500 Ordinary Shares on 11(th) February 2014 at a price of 17.25 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transfer, Miss Molyneux has an interest in 4,177,500 Ordinary Shares representing 0.92 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Miss Molyneux has confirmed to the Company she has no control, knowledge or interest going forward in the Ordinary Shares held by Mr Fitzpatrick.
