                              Exercise of options

Options have been exercised over 1,000,000 new ordinary shares. Application will
be made for these shares to be admitted to AIM and admission is expected to take
place on 5 February 2008.

Following the issue of the new ordinary shares, the Company's total issued share
capital 689,625,036 ordinary shares.
