Special Dividend payment and Cash position

On 3 December 2020, the board of Braveheart (the "Board") announced that it had declared the payment of a special interim dividend of 42.75 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Special Dividend") which based on the issued share capital of the Company on 11 December 2020, the record date, being 37,097,451 Ordinary Shares, equates to a total dividend of approximately GBP15.8 million. This dividend was paid earlier today.

The Board advises that as at the close of business today it expects the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") to have net cash reserves of approximately GBP2.3 million.
