                                  Acquisition

Bright Futures, the AIM listed UK mobility retailer, is pleased to announce that
it has agreed to acquire the business and assets of the Shiloh Mobility Limited
("Shiloh") retail business, for a total cash consideration of #210,000. The
agreement is subject only to the successful assignment of the leases, or
granting of sub leases in the 5 retail stores, on similar terms to those
currently enjoyed by Shiloh.

Commenting on the acquisition, Stephen Harpin, Chief Executive, said:

"In addition to our new store openings, planned in 2005, this acquisition will
help accelerate the rate of growth in our core retail business, where the board
believe that we are well positioned to achieve our vision of becoming the UK's
largest Mobility retailer."
