    Transaction in BDH shares


    Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "Company") announces that on 17 July 2008 it has purchased 25,140 ordinary shares in the
Company at a price of EUR 3.40 per share for a total consideration of EUR85,476.

    As a result of this transaction, the Company currently holds 988,378 ordinary shares in treasury. 

    The Company has ordinary shares in issue of 74,615,438  (excluding shares held in treasury).
