    Transaction in BDH shares


    Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "Company") announces that on 16 July 2008 it has
    purchased 67,338 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of EUR 3.38 per share for a total
    consideration of EUR 227,784.
    As a result of this transaction, the Company currently holds 963,238 ordinary shares in treasury. 
    The Company has ordinary shares in issue of 74,640,578 (excluding shares held in treasury).
