Betfair Group plc (the "Company") confirms that its Directors' elections or, as the case may be, deemed elections for the B Share Choices under the Return of Cash were as set out below. On 22 January 2015, as part of the Purchase Offer, each Director sold to Jefferies International Limited the number of B Shares set out against his or her name in the table below (if any) for GBP1.89 each on the terms set out in the Circular and the Purchase Offer Deed. The relevant Directors notified the Company of these disposals in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R.
