RESULTS OF THE 2020 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Barratt Developments PLC (the "Company") held its sixty-second
Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") on Wednesday 14(th) October
2020, as a closed meeting at Kent House, 14-17 Market Place,
London, W1W 8AJ
