Result of General Meeting

The Board of Astaire Group PLC ("Astaire") is pleased to announce that the resolutions to approve the sale of Rowan Dartington & Co. Limited ("RD") were passed at general meetings of Astaire and of its holding company, Evolve Capital PLC, this morning and that the Financial Services Authority has approved the purchaser as a controller of a regulated firm.

The resolution to approve Astaire's Investing Policy was also passed at the Astaire general meeting today. Astaire will become an "investing company" as defined in the AIM Rules for Companies following completion of the sale of RD.

Completion of the sale of RD place is scheduled for Monday 7 March 2011.
