Issue of Shares

The Board announces that Aurora Investment Trust plc (the "Company") has contracted to issue from its block listing facility on 17 April 2019 185,047 new ordinary shares of 25 pence at a price of GBP2.0992 per share.

Following this issue the Company's issued share capital consists of 59,847,314 ordinary shares and the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 59,847,314.

The above figure 59,847,314 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
