Issue of Equity 
Correction to the Announcement released on 1 April 2010 (RNS Number 6916J) 
 On 1 April 2010, the Company announced: 
"The Directors of Acuity Growth VCT plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce 
an initial allotment on 1 April 2010 of 261,267 ordinary shares of 1p each 
("Ordinary Shares"), such shares having been issued under offers (the "Offers") 
made pursuant to a Offer for Subscription of the Company dated 2 March 2010, for 
up to,  2,450,000 new ordinary shares. The Company announces that the Offer 
Price of a New Ordinary Share under the Offer for Subscription dated 2 March 
2010 is 93.5p as calculated by the formula set out on page 4 of the Offer 
Document. 
 
"The Offer Price was determined by reference to the last published net asset 
value per ordinary share, being the net asset value per ordinary share of 88.1p 
as at 31 December 2009 announced on 11 January 2010 
 
"Application for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the 
UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for 
listed securities will be made and dealings are expected to commence on 9 April 
2010. 
 
"The Offers in respect of the 2009/2010 tax year have now closed.  The Offers in 
respect of the 2010/2011 tax year may close at any time but in any event not 
later than 10.00 a.m. on 30 June 2010, unless fully subscribed earlier." 
 
The announcement should have stated that the initial allotment was of 298,861 
ordinary shares and not 261,267 ordinary shares.
