Following a notification received on 6th July from Bear Stearns International
Trading Limited that, with effect from 5th July, it no longer had any holding of
ordinary shares in the Company, an announcement was duly made to this effect on
9th July. The Company has today been informed by Bear Stearns International
Trading Limited that its notification to the Company on 6th July was incorrect
and that it continues to hold 2,770,000 shares, comprising 8.04% of the shares
in issue.
