Growth & Income Trust PLC, Isotron plc, and Investec High Income Trust PLC. He
was formerly a director of Atrium Underwriting plc, Murray Technology
Investments PLC and Charter European Investment Trust PLC. We are aware of no
further disclosable details under paragraph 6.F.2(b) to (g) of The Listing
