Pearmund, a Director of the Company, Mr Pearmund's interest was 23,187 Ordinary
10p shares in the Company (representing 0.03% of the issued Ordinary shares).

The shares were purchased by Halifax on Mr Pearmund's behalf at a price of �
1.24 on 20 March 2007. All the shares are held in an ISA.
