Result of Annual General Meeting
AJ Bell is pleased to announce that at its 2022 annual general
meeting ("AGM"), held earlier today, all of the resolutions
proposed were duly passed. The full text of each resolution is
contained in the notice of AGM, which is available on the Company's
website at ajbell.co.uk/investor-relations/agm.
Les Platts and Laura Carstensen both retired from the Board at
the conclusion of the AGM having not stood for re-election.
Following her re-election, Baroness Helena Morrissey assumed the
role of Chair of the Board with effect from the end of the AGM.
