Notice is given that #106,300,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Bonds
were purchased on behalf of the Company on Tuesday 5 November 2002 and are to be
cancelled pursuant to the terms and conditions thereof.

Following cancellation, #21,820,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Bonds
will be outstanding.
